Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a senior IT leader to drive the migration of Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, act as a liaison between stakeholders and IT teams, and guide major transformation programs.

You will lead architecture, validation, and deployment efforts, collaborate with Product Owners, and promote agile practices to deliver high-impact Fusion Cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years leading Oracle EBS projects.
• 3+ years of Oracle Fusion migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Fusion Cloud.
• Lead the technical delivery of projects coordinating IT teams and vendors.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle and migration strategy to Fusion Cloud.
