Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive the Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration within our Global IT team. You will design, troubleshoot, and implement strategic solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, architecture, and vendor partners to deliver a unified digital ecosystem.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle for Fusion Cloud modules, provide SME guidance to Product Owners, and champion agile practices to deliver high-impact projects while maintaining risk

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with IT experience and leadership in large projects.
5+ years leading Oracle EBS projects.
3+ years migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into scalable solutions across Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Fusion Cloud.
Lead technical delivery, coordinating IT teams and vendors.
Drive end-to-end lifecycle of Fusion Cloud modules and migration from EBS.
Provide SME guidance to Product Owners and stakeholders.
Apply Agile Scrum to deliver high-impact projects and improvements.
