Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the migration of Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud and drive major transformation programs. You will bridge business stakeholders, architecture, and IT teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery.

This role supports global IT initiatives with a focus on scalable Oracle EBS/CPQ deployments and Fusion Cloud adoption, while fostering an agile, collaborative culture and customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 8+ years in IT with Oracle EBS experience.
• 5+ years leading Oracle EBS projects.
• 3+ years of Oracle Fusion migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and enterprise architecture to translate requirements into Oracle EBS/CPQ and Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Lead technical delivery across IT teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive digital ecosystem.
• Architect, validate, and deploy Fusion Cloud modules to migrate from Oracle EBS.
• Evaluate new Oracle products/features in Fusion Cloud.
• Develop strategic vision and roadmap to migrate Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud.
• Provide SME guidance to Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Apply Agile Scrum to deliver high-impact projects and system improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and business leads to ensure successful implementations.
• Guide process improvements for CI/CD and scalable Oracle EBS/CPQ instances.
• Inspire the team to foster agile, innovative culture.
• Communicate risks to leadership and propose solutions.
