Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering to fill a fully remote Funnel Conversion (CRO) Lead role based in the United States. You will own the end-to-end funnel from paid social to sale, optimizing landing pages, quizzes, and checkout.

Lead a small squad, run rigorous experiments, and drive international growth with autonomy in a fast-growing digital healthcare environment. You will work with engineers and designers to convert hypotheses into high-quality experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate to improve

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experimentation experience in high-transaction environments
• Strong understanding of the advertising-to-landing-page journey and its impact on CAC and performance
• Ability to manage end-to-end experimentation lifecycle from ideation to reporting
• Comfort working with data and customer insights to drive decisions
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end funnel conversion from ads to sales
• Understand local customer needs through research and analytics
• Develop and prioritize macro- and micro-conversion tests
• Coordinate a product squad to execute experiments
• Monitor conversion metrics and translate results into opportunities
• Improve advertising-to-site experience to boost efficiency
• Enhance experimentation workflows and internal tooling
• Collaborate with growth leadership and product stakeholders
