AIOS is seeking a highly driven Funnel Conversion Lead to own the end-to-end website CVR for a country, drive macro and micro tests, and translate insights into scalable experiments. You will own the country-specific landers, quizzes, and checkout, leading a squad including a SWE and a Web Designer.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of target country markets and CVR drivers.
• Ability to design, prioritize, and run rigorous experiments.
• Excellent communication and async collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CVR optimization for the specified country.
• Develop macro and micro testing hypotheses based on customer insights and data.
• Lead a small Product Squad and drive tests from idea to learning.
