Job summary

AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor. Head of Funnel Conversion leads end-to-end CVR from Meta ads across all countries, guiding country squads to run precise hypotheses and tests with ownership over landers, quizzes, and checkout.

This fully remote role requires hands-on leadership, rapid experimentation, and close collaboration with engineering, design, and analytics to scale international growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading and running a high volume of experiments for DTC brands.
• Deep understanding of funnel conversion and paid-to-landing-page handoff.
• Hands-on, autonomous leader who can manage a country product squad.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with design principles and collaborating with design/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CVR optimization from Meta ads to landing pages.
• Lead country-specific Funnel Conversion squads (Lead/Engineer/Designer).
• Drive hypothesis-led experiments and measure results.
• Improve tooling and workflows for faster testing.
• Report to CEO and align with growth & product.
