Job summary

AIOS is seeking a Funnel Conversion Lead to own the end-to-end CVR for Meta ads in a specific country. You’ll understand our target customers, design precise hypotheses, and oversee execution from idea to learning.

You’ll manage landers, quizzes, and checkout, leading a Product Squad of 1 SWE and 1 Designer, reporting to Head of Performance. This is a fully remote role with async collaboration in your time zone.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running a high-volume experiments for DTC ecommerce brands in high-pace, high-transaction environments.
• Hands-on, autonomous testing from ideation to readouts.
• Able to ship tests quickly with quality.

Responsibilities

• Understand target country customers deeply and define conversion hypotheses.
• Prioritize macro and micro ideas and design precise tests.
• Own end-to-end testing and ship results quickly.
• Measure key metrics and learn from results to inform next tests.
• Improve own tooling and processes without waiting for others.
