AIOS is seeking a Head of Funnel Conversion to orchestrate the end-to-end CVR strategy from Meta ads across multiple countries. You will lead a expanding team of country-specific squads and drive macro and micro tests, hypotheses, and learnings.

This role is fully remote with async collaboration across time zones and heavy emphasis on rapid, high-quality experimentation. You will own the funnel from customer insight to landing pages, quizz, and checkout, with a hands-on, IC-first leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading high-volume experimentation for DTC brands.
• Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Excellent analytics and data-driven mindset.
• Technical enough to read code and discuss design.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end CVR from Meta ads across all countries.
• Lead Funnel Conversion team with country squads.
• Guide country leads from idea to learning and results.
• Manage tooling and testing; ensure high-quality releases.
