AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor and is scaling globally with remote teams. The Head of Funnel Conversion will own the end-to-end CVR from Meta ads across all countries and lead a growing Funnel Conversion squad for multiple markets.

You will guide Leads to develop hypotheses, run rapid tests, ship high-quality experiments, and measure outcomes to inform strategy. Role is fully remote with a high-velocity startup culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading & running a high volume of experiments for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of funnel conversion and landing-page optimization.
• Experience leading cross-country Product Squads and driving end-to-end tests.

Responsabilités

• DRI for the end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads across all countries.
• Manage Funnel Conversion team: Lead + Engineer + Designer per country.
• Guide country Leads from idea to test to result and learning.
