Job summary

Feedinkoo is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization lead to own and optimize the end-to-end digital funnel, accelerating lead and customer conversion through data-driven experimentation. You will own the funnel from visitor to customer with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

You’ll design and run A/B and multivariate tests across website, landing pages, forms, CTAs, emails and in-product touchpoints, and partner with Demand Gen, SDR and Customer Marketing to align digital experiences

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRO in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion optimization across the full funnel (visitor → lead → customer).
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across website, landing pages, forms, CTAs, email, and in-product touchpoints.
• Improve funnel velocity and conversion rates at each stage.
• Partner with Demand Gen, SDR, and Customer Marketing to align digital experiences with revenue goals.
• Identify friction points and prioritize experiments to remove them.
• Manage experimentation roadmap, testing cadence, and learnings repository.
• Own reporting and insights on funnel performance, impact on pipeline and revenue.
