Job summary

Freerecruit is seeking a Fund Operations Associate to support daily cash movements, reconciliations, and onboarding workflows for active portfolios. This remote role follows EST business hours and is an independent contractor engagement.

You will monitor wire transfers, ACH payments, coordinate with fund administrators, maintain transaction logs, and assist with investor capital tracking and vendor documentation. Ability to work autonomously is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash movements, wire transfers, and ACH payments across fund accounts.
• Reconcile banking statements, credit cards, and ledger entries against internal systems.
• Coordinate directly with third-party fund administrators on monthly and quarterly deliverables.
• Maintain accurate transaction logs and repository files for active portfolio investments.
• Track incoming investor capital and assist with operational onboarding workflows.
• Resolve routine operational flags and manage vendor documentation workflows.
