Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking an experienced Fund Operations Manager to own fundamental fund processes in a fully remote environment. You will manage NAV, investor transactions, KYC/AML, reporting, and fund launches, coordinating with administrators, banks, and service providers as the platform scales.

Qualifications

• C2 / Near-native English proficiency, written and spoken.
• 5+ years of hands-on fund operations experience in a fund administrator, hedge fund, or similar investment environment.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET).

Responsibilities

• Own the NAV cycle end-to-end and drive month-end close.
• Coordinate month-end activities with external providers.
• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers accurately.
• Own KYC/AML onboarding and maintain investor registers.
• Produce quarterly investor reporting and fund control-book data.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and monthly close for the management company.
