Job summary

Belltower Fund Group is seeking a Fund Services Associate on the Deployment Team. This role is highly operational, intersecting fund operations and deal execution, and requires coordinating across systems and partners to deploy investments accurately and on time.

You will review investment documents, facilitate deployment workflows under tight deadlines, and ensure investments are recorded precisely in internal records, enabling a seamless experience for internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in fund operations or related finance ops.
• Background in middle/back office VC or fund administration is advantageous.
• Experience with investment documents and strong written communication.
• Comfort working in high‑volume, deadline‑driven startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the new money deployment process and fund investment approvals end‑to‑end.
• Review investment documentation for accuracy and alignment with internal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance and ensure reliable handoffs.
• Coordinate deployment of funds to portfolio companies with correct amounts and timing.
• Record investments in internal systems with high data integrity.
• Identify recurring issues and drive improvements to speed and controls.
• Perform sanity‑check reconciliations against the fund’s GL and source‑of‑truth accounting.
