Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• FINRA SIE and FINRA Series 99 required (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to correspondents regarding daily mutual fund requests.
• Coordinate with mutual fund companies, transfer agents, and clients to meet requirements.
• Review daily supervisory oversight and ensure trades are processed within deadlines.
• Execute and process mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, and transfers.
• Reconcile mutual fund accounts daily and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and audits and stay updated on applicable rules.
