AgileEngine is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, implement, and maintain features across a production healthcare platform using a modern stack (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, RPC-based services).

You will contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases, work with regulated data, and collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity for high-performing engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems that handle sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated data.
