Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features on a production healthcare platform, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You’ll work with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, handle regulated data, and collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US; sponsorship not provided.
• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.
• Strong ownership mindset and commitment to solving complex engineering challenges.
• Experience using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA for collaboration.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases and related tooling.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
• Operate on systems handling regulated healthcare data and ensure quality.
