Job summary

CapTech seeks a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise systems across API-driven clients, microservices, and cloud deployments. You will work with architects, developers, and clients in a collaborative, project-based consulting environment.

The role emphasizes RESTful APIs, database design (SQL Server; NoSQL), AI tooling, and scalable performance tuning, with opportunities for mentorship and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Microsoft stack OR Java.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Strong background in database design and development (SQL Server; NoSQL; cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Experience with AI tools and agents; AI orchestration is a plus.
• Familiarity with source control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
