Job summary

CapTech is hiring Full-Stack Developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise systems and integrations within a project-based consulting environment. You will work on API-driven clients, microservices, event-driven ecosystems, and front-end portals, collaborating with architects and clients across CapTech’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Stack OR Java.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Strong background in database design and development with SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Front-end development with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue; Bootstrap knowledge.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver technical solutions meeting client needs.
• Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to varied audiences.
• Mentor teammates and continue learning through CapTech programs.
• Implement object-oriented design patterns and scalable architectures.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to multi-system integrations and enterprise-grade integrations.
