CapTech Consulting is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise systems and integrations. You will collaborate with clients and teams to craft technical solutions, design APIs, and participate in AI toolsets and orchestration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications the Microsoft Stack OR Java
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI
• Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure OR AWS OR GCP
• Experience with Agentic AI development- Developing agents and developing with agents
• Experience with a Varied AI Toolset- Claude code, CodeX, Opencode, OpenClaude
• Preferred experience with AI orchestration
• Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges
• Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
