Job summary

CapTech, a U.S.-based technology partner, is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise systems and integrations. You will work in a collaborative environment with engineers, architects, and clients, implementing API-driven solutions and modern architectures such as microservices and serverless components.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration five days a week, mentoring teammates, and communicating complex concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C# and the .NET platform (.NET Core / .NET 6+).
• Proven expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and EF Core.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including Swagger/OpenAPI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meet the unique needs of our clients
• Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences
• Leverage CapTech's internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills
• Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns
• Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge
• Provide technical mentoring
