CapTech is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to join our Philadelphia team, delivering high-quality enterprise solutions. You will design, develop, and integrate APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications across client environments.

You will collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable software, while mentoring teammates and upholding coding standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Stack or Java.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Strong database design with SQL Server and NoSQL on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with AI tooling and orchestration preferred.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences.
• Leverage CapTech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills.
• Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns.
• Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
• Provide technical mentoring.
