Job summary

CapTech is seeking Full-Stack Developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise systems and integrations for diverse clients. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Stack OR Java.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI.
• Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure OR AWS OR GCP.
• Front-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue, with working knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Experience with Agentic AI development- Developing agents and developing with agents.
• Experience with a Varied AI Toolset- Claude code, CodeX, Opencode, OpenClaude.
• Preferred experience with AI orchestration.
• Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges.
• Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
