Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to work on high-quality enterprise systems and modern integrations. You will design, develop, and deliver solutions in a collaborative consulting environment across client projects.

Role involves API-driven architectures, microservices, cloud deployments, and hands-on work with the Microsoft Stack or Java. CapTech values learning, mentoring, and delivering scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications the Microsoft Stack OR Java.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI.
• Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure OR AWS OR GCP.
• Experience with AI tooling and agents (Agentic AI, Claude, CodeX, OpenClaude).
• Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and enterprise integration challenges.
• Solid understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
