Job summary

CapTech is seeking experienced Full-Stack Developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise systems. You will work on API-driven clients, microservices, and cloud deployments, collaborating with architects and clients to meet evolving business needs.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, architecture, and mentoring, with opportunities to learn modern tools and architectures in a project-based consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C# and the modern .NET platform (.NET Core / .NET 6+).
• Proven expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Entity Framework / EF Core.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI.
• Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
• Proficient with modern development tools, including Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges.
• Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• 5 days a week onsite

• Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge
• Provide technical mentoring
