Pond & Company is seeking Site Managers to join our fuels systems team. Positions may be worked remotely (with travel) for candidates living in CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, WV, or DC.

Site Managers plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and administer on-site work to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with our quality and safety standards. They build strong client relationships to drive profitable, repeat business.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in wetted fueling system and related field.
• Knowledge of construction practices, UFGS, UFC, ASME codes, API standards.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Monitors the Maintenance & Repair System (Prime) for all service orders and coordinates with the Service Order Manager.
• Maintains engagement with recurring maintenance activities and objectives.
• Reviews service order scopes of work and ensures health, safety and quality plans are developed and followed.
• Acts as direct support on service orders between Pond, subcontractors, Huntsville Corp of Engineers and the Service Control Points.
• Coordinates with maintenance manager to adhere to schedules and contract requirements.
• Monitors contract budget and prioritizes service orders based on funds available.
