Paycom - ATS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) sales to residential customers. The role requires daily travel within a 40-mile radius of Mt Vernon, IL, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

You will develop sales strategies, engage customers, and promote FTTH benefits to meet or exceed targets. The position offers a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with performance incentives, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Proven experience in D2D or telecommunications sales.
• Strong knowledge of Fiber technology and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven and a self-starter who can work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
