Metro Communications and Conxxus is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive FTTH sales to residential customers. This remote role requires residing within a 40-mile radius of Mt Vernon, IL, and involves daily travel for D2D sales, client engagements, and field presentations.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the pipeline, and achieve quotas with an uncapped commission structure and base pay, plus bonuses. Join a fast-paced, performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in D2D or telecommunications sales.
• Strong knowledge of Fiber technology and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Adept at building and maintaining relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute FTTH sales strategies to residential customers.
• Drive daily D2D and field sales activities.
• Present FTTH solutions and close sales.
• Maintain client relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
• Track activity and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and team to meet targets.
