Job summary

Conxxus is seeking a FTTH Sales Specialist to drive residential FTTH service sales. The role is remote with a 40-mile radius requirement around Peru, IL, reporting to the Sales Manager. You will develop and execute sales strategies, engage customers, and promote FTTH benefits to meet sales targets.

The position offers base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with an expected Year 1 earnings range of $65k to $90k for top performers. Travel and occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in D2D or telecommunications sales.
• Strong knowledge of Fiber technology and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
