Conxxus is seeking an FTTH Sales Specialist to drive residential FTTH service sales from a remote-based role within 40 miles of Peoria, IL. You will develop strategies, canvass, and build relationships to meet annual targets with a base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses.

The position offers a base of $30,000 plus commissions, with performance incentives, a company vehicle, gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in D2D or telecommunications sales.
• Strong knowledge of Fiber technology and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Adept at building and maintaining relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy and Execution: develop and implement sales plans to meet targets.
• Customer Engagement: build lasting relationships with residential clients.
• Product Knowledge: articulate FTTH benefits and features.
• Sales Presentations: deliver compelling pitches and demonstrations.
• Sales Process Management: track leads, opportunities, and closures.
• Quota Achievement: meet and exceed sales targets.

• Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate activity records.
