FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our remote team. You will embed with enterprise clients, identify AI opportunities, architect end-to-end solutions, and ship production-grade systems that run in real environments.

You will lead discovery conversations, design robust AI-enabled workflows, and own delivery from scoping to deployment. Strong leadership in Agile settings is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1–4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsabilidades

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec for automated workflows and AI integration.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration and tool integration.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, release, and monitoring.
• Consult with CTOs and business leadership; contribute to pre‑sales scoping and proposals.
