Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development with a mainstream stack.
- LLM-powered AI systems experience beyond prototypes (4+ years).
- Advanced English and a four-year college degree required.
- Hands-on at frontier AI developer tools and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Discover AI problems with stakeholders and return scoped, defensible POV.
- Structure processes and specs for automated workflows.
- Architect end-to-end agentic systems and integration layers.
- Build working systems: agents, automations, and tooling.
- Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD and environments.
- Consult with CTOs and engineering leadership; support pre‑sales.
