Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to identify AI opportunities, architect solutions, and ship production systems. You will be a consultant, operator, and engineer, capable of testing business cases with senior leaders and delivering against scoped plans in real client environments.

You’ll specialize in applying agents inside client systems, ensuring robust pipelines, and delivering measurable value for regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1–4 years of professional experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems, and data modeling.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Strong end-to-end delivery ownership and ability to work without PM supervision.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to scope AI problems.
• Structure processes and specs for automation from current state to executable design.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, context, and tool integration.
• Build working systems with agents, multi-step automations, and internal tooling.
• Own CI/CD for delivered work, including environments and releases.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, defend decisions, and support pre-sales scoping.
