Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-powered solutions, and deliver production-grade agentic systems. You will be a consultant, operator, and engineer rolled into one, shaping evaluations with CTOs and VPs of Engineering, and delivering measurable value within client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with stakeholders to identify AI problems and define defensible scope.
• Structure processes and specs for automated workflows with AI integration.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration, retrieval architecture, and tool integration.
• Build working systems with agents and multi-step automations, delivering value in weeks.
