Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Dallas, TX area to drive growth and build strong relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and project owners. You will learn the full product line, master grooved joining methods, and coordinate with a regional team to pursue opportunities from inception to commissioning.

You will travel as needed, including evenings and weekends for events, and represent Victaulic in local trade organizations while delivering technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience with value-added products or mechanical construction.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods as well as competitive methods to overcome customer objections.
• Understand construction cycles and stay current on market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in your territory.
• Deliver lunch-and-learn presentations for engineers on Victaulic’s products.
