Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Dallas, TX region. You will learn our full product line, master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods, and drive sales through partnerships with distributors and customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, willingness to travel (overnight as needed), and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Competitive compensation with incentives and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services preferred—especially in commercial construction or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Develop territory plans with the Regional Sales Manager to maximize sales potential.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit—from inception through final commissioning.
• Build lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners.
