Job summary

EBSCO Information Services (EIS) seeks a Customer Proposals Specialist II to develop accurate, compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other procurement documents for FOLIO and related SaaS solutions.

You will combine library expertise with strong research and writing, translate technical requirements into clear customer-focused language, and coordinate proposal projects from kickoff through submission.

Qualifications

2+ years in sales or corporate environment with communications/writing experience.
2+ years in writing, research, project coordination, or proposal development.
Experience managing multiple projects with cross-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Develop technically accurate, customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and related documents for FOLIO and related EBSCO SaaS solutions
Analyze customer requirements to identify response needs, gaps, clarification questions, and SME input
Research FOLIO capabilities and library workflows to craft complete, accurate responses
Coordinate proposal projects from initial review through submission
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, Technical Support, Information Security, Legal to address complex requirements
Translate technical product information into clear customer language
Maintain reusable FOLIO/library content in the RFP repository as products evolve
Review proposal content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
