Tapcart is building AI-powered agentic workflows to automate go-to-market functions across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Partnerships. The AI Ops Engineer will turn ideas into shipped capabilities, writing agent skills and wiring integrations so GTM teams see tangible improvements.

You will work directly with the Founder/CEO and VP Operations, owning end-to-end delivery, reliability, and rapid iteration on automation that truly ships.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience; new grads and early-career builders welcome.
• Hands-on OpenClaw or agentic experience (e.g., Hermes Agent, LangChain, AutoGPT, and custom LLM/API projects) is a must.
• Youve built agent skills/workflows and know how the framework actually behaves, not just in theory.
• Clear communicator who can talk to executives and GTM teams.
• Experience with AI asset generation, security and compliance is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain OpenClaw (& other agentic) skills and workflows across the GTM org.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS/AM, and Partnerships to automate high-leverage tasks and ship them.
• Wire agents into the tools GTM already uses—connecting APIs and data sources.
• Prototype fast, iterate on real-user feedback, and ship solutions.
• Own reliability: diagnose and fix broken agent workflows.
