Job summary

Baseten is building AI-powered GTM workflows that scale our field operations. You will design, build, and ship agents and automations that give reps and managers real leverage, turning data into actionable insights and dashboards.

You’ll work with Claude Code, Clay, and Vercel to deliver durable, scalable solutions, while always considering how today's work fits into tomorrow’s architecture. This role blends hands-on building with strategic system thinking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM engineering or RevOps in a high-growth, AI-native B2B company.
• You've shipped production agents on Vercel, building durable workflows in production.
• Genuine fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Clay as a primary enrichment and workflow tool.
• Direct experience with Salesforce and CRM-level changes.
• A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered workflows for the field — build agents and automations that give reps leverage.
• Get insights in front of reps — turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into dashboards, scores, and alerts.
• Audit the stack and generate your own backlog — identify gaps and prioritize without a roadmap.
• Ship rep-productivity workflows fast — deliver features quickly in response to field requests.
• Know when to go custom — spin up bespoke AI-powered solutions when needed.
• Think in systems, not solutions — anticipate upstream/downstream implications.
• Integrate third-party APIs to sync events across systems.
• Document what you build so others can find and trust it.
