Gusto is seeking a GTM AI Agent Builder to design, implement, and support the AI foundations that power its revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, AI systems, and GTM strategy.

You'll translate business problems into scalable workflows, automate manual work, and help define what AI-native selling looks like at scale. The team collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Revenue Ops or Product, ideally in high-growth SaaS (or 2–4 years in an AI-focused startup).
• Proven track record building automation that boosted productivity or revenue.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation workflows for GTM impact.
• Experience with GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, data warehouses).

Responsibilities

• Support GTM AI strategy and roadmap with use cases and change mgmt.
• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows to streamline GTM processes.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Define evaluation frameworks for prompt reliability, latency, and impact.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce, GTM tools, and data warehouse.
• Assist in model and vendor evaluation and scale AI tools.
• Support rollout and adoption of AI initiatives with clear ownership.
• Scale reusable automation patterns across teams.
