Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Product, or 2–4 years in an AI-focused company.
• Proven track record building and implementing operational systems or automation that improve productivity or revenue.
• Comfort with experimenting with AI tools, agents, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM AI strategy and roadmap, evaluate technology and use cases, drive change management.
• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows to streamline GTM processes and boost sales productivity.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities and tie to business impact.
• Define evaluation frameworks for prompt reliability, latency, cost, and outcomes (conversion lift).
• Implement integrations linking Salesforce, GTM tools, and Gusto data warehouse to AI insights.
• Contribute to model and vendor evaluation for scalable AI solutions.
• Support rollout and adoption of AI initiatives with clear ownership and training.
• Scale reusable automation patterns with guardrails across teams.
