Job summary

Atlas Global Talent is seeking an Operations Executive for a fully remote role in the United States. You will support the freight brokerage operation, coordinating shipments, handling customer inquiries and quoting freight with a focus on profitability.

The role combines operational duties with a commercial element, including commission on loads booked and uncapped earning potential. A Thursday-to-Monday schedule is required, with Pacific Time working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience within freight brokerage, transportation operations or third-party logistics.
• Ability to prepare competitive freight quotations.
• Comfort with remote work and a weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer freight enquiries and transportation requests.
• Prepare and issue competitive freight quotations.
• Source and secure carrier capacity for customer shipments.
• Negotiate transportation rates with carriers.
• Book and coordinate freight movements across the US transportation market.
• Communicate pricing, availability and shipment requirements to customers.
• Maintain regular communication with carriers and drivers.
• Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers.
