Job summary

Top Talent LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for freight forwarding, focused on new business development across the United States. This fully remote role targets air and ocean export opportunities and requires a hunter mentality and established shipper network.

You will lead prospecting, present tailored logistics solutions, and work with pricing and operations to quote accurately. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in international freight forwarding sales and existing relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of international freight forwarding sales experience.
Proven ability to generate new business with air and ocean export.
Existing book of business and strong industry relationships preferred.
Experience selling air freight, ocean freight, import/export solutions, customs and trade services.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow new business opportunities within international freight forwarding.
Generate revenue through air freight and ocean freight export services.
Identify, prospect, and secure new customers across multiple industries and commodities.
Leverage existing customer relationships to transition business and create new opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistent prospecting activity.
Present customized logistics solutions to customers based on their transportation needs.
Collaborate with internal pricing and operations teams to develop competitive quotations.
Negotiate pricing and service offerings with customers.
Execute customer agreements, credit applications, and onboarding documentation.
Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary commercial contact.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership.
