Globaltize is seeking a Freight Sales Agent to drive new business and grow a profitable portfolio. This remote role prioritizes candidates in regions with strong US export activity and requires a proven freight sales background.

You will develop opportunities, negotiate rates, and coordinate with an internal operations team to ensure shipments are executed efficiently while you focus on client growth and revenue generation.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding, 3PL, or freight transportation sales.
• Direct experience selling to external customers.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers.
• Established relationships with importers/exporters is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of freight operations, pricing, and gross profit calculations.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
