Job summary

Top Talent LLC is seeking a National Sales Executive – Freight Brokerage. This fully remote role focuses on hunting new shipper accounts, building a scalable pipeline, and closing freight opportunities nationwide. You’ll collaborate with an experienced brokerage and operations team to execute and grow revenue.

The ideal candidate owns the sales process end-to-end, thrives in a remote environment, and brings a proven record of producing revenue, margin, and long-term shipper relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or a closely related industry.
• History of hunting and winning new shipper business.
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
• Ability to independently develop a sales pipeline.
• Strong understanding of the transportation industry.
• Measurable sales production and results.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for and winning new shipper accounts.
• Prospecting via cold calls, emails, networking and referrals.
• Building relationships with transportation decision-makers.
• Identifying freight opportunities and developing a qualified pipeline.
• Leading the sales process from prospecting through close.
• Growing revenue and margin through new customer acquisition.
• Selling truckload, LTL, and other transportation solutions.
• Onboarding new business with operations support.
• Maintaining activity, pipeline development and revenue-generating efforts.
