Job summary

4Leaf Services is seeking elite Independent Freight Agents to operate as cradle-to-grave business owners from a home office. You will price, book, track, and close freight loads for direct shippers with no internal competition.

Must have direct shipper customers and 1099 experience or strong W-2 brokerage background. Fully remote, nationwide US-only, with open house lists and no micro-management from a parent brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts.
• Must own a reliable computer, dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet.
• Must reside and operate within the United States.
• Zero training provided; autonomous pricing, booking, tracking and load close-out required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow direct shipper relationships.
• Manage the full load lifecycle from pricing to dispatch and close-out.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and provide customer service.
• Upload digital paperwork and keep back-office processes smooth.
