Job summary

4Leaf Services is seeking elite Independent Freight Agents to operate remotely across the United States. As a 1099 contractor, you keep full control of pricing, booking, tracking, and closing loads, with no internal competition for direct shippers.

You’ll require an active book of business, a reliable computer, phone line, and high-speed internet, plus the ability to work autonomously from your home office.

Qualifications

• Active direct shipper customer ready on day one.
• At least 6 months of 1099 independent freight agent experience or 2+ years W-2 brokerage sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow direct shipper relationships.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle from pricing to close.
• Handle carrier negotiation, dispatch, and customer service.
• Upload digital paperwork and documentation.
