4Leaf Services is a brand-new, agile freight brokerage that operates with a 1099 contractor model and fully remote flexibility for Independent Agents. You will manage your own direct shipper relationships and run the end-to-end load lifecycle with minimal internal competition.

As a cradle-to-grave operator, you own pricing, booking, tracking, and close-out of loads. You must reside in the United States and have a track record of independent freight sales or carrier dispatch experience.

Qualificações

• Active book of business required: at least one direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• Proven track record: at least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, or 2+ years in freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow existing direct shipper relationships.
• Manage the full load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
