Job summary

4Leaf Services seeks elite Independent Freight Agents to operate cradle-to-grave for direct shippers. You will price, book, track, negotiate with carriers, dispatch, and complete digital paperwork autonomously.

Must have at least one active direct shipper and 6 months of 1099 agent experience or 2+ years in related brokerage roles. 100% remote, with zero internal competition and back-office support provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience or 2+ years combined W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts.
• Ability to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously.
• Own reliable computer, dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow direct shipper relationships.
• Manage full load lifecycle from pricing to dispatch and documentation.
• Operate as cradle-to-grave operator for your own business.
