Job summary

4Leaf Services is recruiting independent freight agents to operate autonomously from a home office. Maintain direct shipper relationships, price and book loads, track shipments, and negotiate with carriers with no internal competition.

Must have an active direct shipper book and at least 6 months of 1099 freight experience or 2+ years of related W-2 experience. 100% remote work, US residency required, no internal training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one active, direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• At least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales (with transferable accounts) and carrier dispatch experience.
• Zero training is provided. You must know how to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously.
• Must own a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access.
• Must legally reside and operate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow your existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
• Open CRM territory with zero internal account competition; first come, first served.
