Job summary

4Leaf Services is seeking elite Independent Freight Agents to operate remotely across the United States. You will manage direct shipper relationships, price and book loads, track shipments, negotiate with carriers, and handle dispatch and digital paperwork independently.

This role requires you to have an active direct shipper book or 2+ years of related experience, and you must own your own equipment and a reliable internet connection. This is 1099 contractor work with no standard W-2 benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one active direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales and carrier dispatch experience.
• Own a reliable computer, dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow direct shipper relationships.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, and customer service.
